§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR (LORD JOWITT)My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to enable parts of licensing districts to be included in certain cases in licensing planning areas constituted under the Licensing Planning (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945, and to make further provision as to licensing planning committees under the said Act and sub-committees thereof.
