[The EARL OF DROGHEDA in the Chair.]

LORD WALKDEN

In regard to the Provisional Order Bills on the Paper, your Lordships will see that four of these Bills have been amended by the Select Committee. The Amendments in these four Bills are of a purely formal nature, and in order to save the time of the House I propose, with, your Lordships' permission, to take these Bills through Committee without putting your Lordships to the trouble of the House being resumed after the Committee stage on each Bill. I may say that the Amendments to each of these Bills are the same, and I shall be happy to give your Lordships any information you may require. If your Lordships consent to this procedure, I propose to take the Bills in the way suggested.

Amendments proposed by the Committee to each Bill made.
