My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to amend the Patents and Designs Acts, 1907–1942, and the Patents and Designs, Copyright and Trade Marks (Emergency) Act, 1939, in respect of matters arising out of hostilities or the communication of inventions and designs in accordance with agreements or arrangements with other countries; and to move that it be read a first time.
