§ Sir Augustus Andrewes Uthwatt, Knight, One of the Judges of the Chancery Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, having been created by Letters Patent bearing date the 9th day of January instant a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary under the provisions of "The Appellate Jurisdiction Act, 1876," as amended by any subsequent enactment, with the dignity of a Baron for life by the name style and title of Baron Uthwatt of Lath-bury in the County of Buckingham—Was (in the usual manner) introduced.
