§ The Right Honourable Sir Herbert du Parcq, Knight, lately a Lord Justice of Appeal, having been created by Letters Patent bearing date the 5th day of February instant a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary under the provisions of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act, 1876, as amended by any subsequent enactment, with the dignity of a Baron for life by the name, style and title of Baron du Parcq of Grouville in the Island of jersey—Was (in the usual manner) introduced.
