§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I have it in command from His Majesty to acquaint the House that His Majesty, having been informed of the contents of the Limitation (Enemies and War Prisoners) Bill, has been pleased to give his consent as far as His Majesty's interests are concerned on behalf of the Crown and the Duchy of Lancaster and 862 Duchy of Cornwall, that the House may proceed therein as they think fit.
