My Lords, I desire to ask the Minister of Civil Aviation a question of which I have given him private notice—namely, when the promised White Paper on British Air Services may be expected.

My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Minister of Civil Aviation, who left for Bermuda by air this morning, I am asked to inform your Lordships that the White Paper on British Air Services will be available this afternoon at five o'clock.
