Short title.

25. This Act may be cited as the Elections and Jurors Act, 1945.

LORD PAKENHAM

The Amendment to this clause will enable the Act to be included among the measures which go by the collective title of the Representation of the People Acts. If the Amendment were not carried it would always be necessary, in future, to refer to this Act specifically by name. That would be inconvenient. I beg to move.
