THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR INDIA AND BURMA (THE EARL OF LISTOWEL)

My Lords, in the absence of my noble friend the Leader of the House I beg to move the Motion standing in his name.

Moved, That Standing Orders Nos. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being suspended for the remainder of the Session and that Government business have, except with the consent of the Government, precedence over other Notices and Orders of the Day.—(The Earl of Listowel.)
