My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Viscount Cranborne, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name.

Moved, That a Committee of seven Lords be appointed to join with the Committee appointed by the Commons:—

• L. Hare (E. Listowel),
• L. Southwood,
• L. Teviot,
• L. Schuster.
