Message from the Commons, That they have appointed a Committee of seven Members to join with a Committee of this House to inquire into the accommodation in the Palace of Westminster, and to report thereon with such recommendations as appear to them desirable; that they have made the following orders: that three shall be a quorum; that the Committee shall have power to send for persons papers and records and to report from time to time; that the Committee may sit notwithstanding any adjournment of the House; and to request this House to appoint an equal number of Lords to be joined with the members of their House.
