Order of the day read for the consideration of the Commons Message of yesterday, namely, that they have come to the following Resolution to which they desire the concurrence of this House: "That it is expedient that the Bill be committed to a Joint Committee of Lords and Commons."

My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Duke of Norfolk, I beg to move the Motion which stands on the Paper in his name.
