HL Deb 20 June 1944 vol 132 c251
LORD BRABAZON

My Lords, I ask His Majesty's Government a question of which I have given private notice—namely, whether they have any statement to make on enemy attack by pilotless aeroplanes?

THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR INDIA AND BURMA (THE EARL OF MUNSTER)

My Lords, I have been asked to reply. I have nothing to add to the statement made by my right honourable friend the Home Secretary in another place on June 16 with reference to the flying bomb, as these machines are now designated.

LORD BRABAZON

I take it from that answer that the Government are fairly satisfied with the situation.

THE EARL OF MUNSTER

Yes.
