§ THE MINISTER OF RECONSTRUCTION (LORD WOOLTON)My Lords, the answer to the first part of the noble Lord's question as to the date when His Majesty's Government propose to introduce legislation dealing with the acquisition and control of land for building purposes is that that legislation was introduced in another place to-day. As to the second part of the question, the noble Lord will understand my not being too precise about the matter, but I think I might say this White Paper will be issued shortly after 2 o'clock on Thursday of this week.
