My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI be considered in order to its being dispensed with for the purpose of giving precedence to the Motion for the Third Reading of the Education Bill over the Motion for the Second Reading of the Food and Drugs (Milk and Dairies) Bill.—(Lord Templemore.)
