§ Message from the Commons that they have come to the following Resolution to which they desire the concurrence of this House, namely: "That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of Lords and Commons be appointed to inquire into the accommodation in the Palace of Westminster, and to report thereon with such recommendations as appear to them desirable."
