§ LORD TEMPLEMOREMy Lords, I beg leave to present a Bill to enable traders to regulate the disposal of their stocks of certain descriptions of goods to which Section nine of the Goods and Services (Price Control) Act, 1941, applies, in accordance with licences issued by the Board of Trade with a view to the efficient prosecution of the war and the maintenance of essential supplies; and to move that the Bill be read a first time.
