§ Message from the Commons to acquaint this House that they have appointed a Committee of six members to join with the Committee appointed by this House, as mentioned in their Lordships' Message of Wednesday last, to consider all Consolidation Bills in the present Session, and that they have ordered that the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records, and that three be the quorum.
