My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Viscount Cranborne, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Paper.

Moved, That Standing Orders Nos. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being dispensed with for the purpose of giving precedence to the Consolidated Fund (No. 3) Bill, over the other Notices and Orders of the Day, and in order to take the Bill through its remaining stages.—(Lord Snell.)
