THE EARL OF ONSLOWMy Lords, I beg to move to resolve, That it is desirable that all Consolidation Bills in the present Session be referred to a Joint Committee of both Houses of Parliament. That is the usual Motion which is made in your Lordships' House every Session, and I hope your Lordships will agree to it.
