My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House, I beg to move the Motion standing on the Paper in his name.

Moved, That Standing Orders Nos. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being dispensed with for the purpose of taking the Consolidated Fund (Appropriation) Bill through its remaining stages and of giving precedence to Government business over the other Notices and Orders of the Day.—(Lord Templemore.)
