The Notices on the Paper in the names of Lord Winster and Viscount Trenchard were as follows:

Lord Winster—To call attention to the arrangements at present in force for building merchant ships; and to move for Papers.

Viscount Trenchard—To call attention to the shipping problem; and to move for Papers.

Strangers will withdraw.

Then, in pursuance of the Resolution that the sitting of the House to consider the Motions of Lord Winster and Viscount Trenchard be in Secret Session, the Official Reporter withdrew.
