The House met, The LORD CHANCELLOR on the Woolsack.

The Duke of Wellington—Sat first in Parliament after the death of his father.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with: Bombay Baroda and Central India Railway Bill.

And also that the Certificate that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with: London County Council (Money) Bill.

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
