HL Deb 12 June 1941 vol 119 c406
THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF ONSLOW)

My Lords, the next Motion is merely to ask your Lordships to sanction the appointment of Lord Faringdon to the Special Orders Committee in place of the noble Earl, Lord Listowel, who is engaged on military duty. As the number of members of that Committee is limited, it is necessary to make this change. I beg to move.

Moved, That the Lord Faringdon be named of the Special Orders Committee in place of the Lord Hare (E. Listowel) (resigned).—(The Earl of Onslow).

On Question, Motion agreed to.
