My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name.

Moved, That Standing Orders Nos. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being dispensed with for the purpose of giving precedence to the Financial Powers (U.S.A. Securities) Bill and the War Damage (Extension of Risk Period) Bill over the other Notices and Orders of the Day, and for the purpose of passing those Bills through all their stages.—(Lord Moyne.)
