LORD DAVIES, who had given notice to call attention to the food situation, especially in regard to the supply of fish; and to move for Papers, said: My Lords, there is a Motion on the Paper for the next sitting day dealing with the Ministry of Food and it has been suggested that the Motion standing in my name to-day should be merged in the Motion standing in the name of the noble Viscount, Lord Dawson of Penn. After consultation with the noble Lord, Lord Woolton, and with the noble Lord, Lord Addison, I will, with the permission of your Lordships, postpone my Motion to the next sitting day, when the two Motions can be taken in conjunction
