''I have received your Address praying that the Government of India (Adaptation of Acts of Parliament) (Amendment No. 2) Order, 1941, and the Government of India (Scheduled Castes) (Amendment) Order, 1941, be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament. I will comply with your request."
