§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR DOMINION AFFAIRS (VISCOUNT CALDECOTE)My Lords, I have to acquaint the House that His Majesty has been pleased to create the Right Honourable Sir John Allsebrook Simon, Lord Chancellor of that part of Great Britain and Ireland called Great Britain, a Peer of this Realm, by the title of Viscount Simon of Stackpole Elidor in the county of Pembroke.
