Perhaps I can save your Lordships' time if I explain that, with four exceptions, the whole of the Amendments to this and the two following Bills which stand in my name are purely drafting. The only Amendments which are not drafting are one 772 Amendment to the Schedule to the Dumbarton Bill, two Amendments to the Schedule to the second Bill, and one Amendment to the Schedule of the third Bill, the purpose of which I will explain when we come to it.
