My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to modify the provisions of the Education (Scotland) Act, 1936, in relation to the coming into operation of Section 14 of the Education (Scotland) Act, 1918, and for purposes connected with the said modification; and to move that it be now read a first time.
