THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF ONSLOW)

My Lords, I beg to move the appointment of a Committee to select and propose to the House the names of the five Lords to form a Select Committee for the consideration of each opposed Private Bill; and also to move that the Lords whose names appear on the Paper be appointed members of the Committee.
