HL Deb 01 November 1939 vol 114 c1644

6.7 p.m.

THE LORD PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL (EARL STANHOPE)

My Lords, to-morrow we have the Second Reading of the Prices of Goods Bill, and I may inform your Lordships that copies of that Bill are already available in the House for your Lordships so that you will not have to wait for them to be circulated with the ordinary Papers. The Government statement follows after that. I propose that the House should meet tomorrow at half-past three o'clock, the first business being, as I say, the Second Reading of the Prices of Goods Bill.

House adjourned at eight minutes past six o'clock.
