My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing upon the Paper in my name.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI be considered in order to its being suspended, and that until the House adjourns for the Recess at Whitsun all Government business which is entered for consideration on the Minutes of the Day shall have precedence of other Bills and Notices.—(Earl Stanhope.)
