Page 2, line 1, after ("notice,") insert ("he shall—

  1. (a) in a case in which the land is a warren kept for the purpose of breeding rabbits, so fence the warren as to prevent, so far as is reasonably practicable, the escape of rabbits therefrom; or
  2. (b) in any other case, take such steps as are reasonably practicable for the destruction of the rabbits")

This Amendment explains fully the procedure that should be followed in regard to the keeping of a warren, and paragraphs (a) and (b) relate to those points. I beg to move.
