The Commons propose to amend the above Amendment as follows:

§ THE EARL OF MUNSTERMy Lords, this Amendment, I think, is self-explanatory. It merely adds to the provision of a monetary penalty, punishment by imprisonment as well. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment.
