HL Deb 24 November 1938 vol 111 c199
THE EARL OF LUCAN

My Lords, before we adjourn I should like to inform your Lordships that it has been thought better that on Wednesday next, for which day Lord Ponsonby has a Motion on the Paper about international relations and the Covenant of the League of Nations, the House should meet at three o'clock as probably a good many of your Lordships will wish to speak. It is therefore proposed that on Wednesday the House should meet at three o'clock.
