The House met at a quarter past four of the clock, The LORD CHANCELLOR on the Woolsack.

The Lord Chancellor informed the House, that he had received from the Senior Registrar in Bankruptcy a certificate that Hardinge Goulburn, Earl of Halsbury, was on the 29th day of April, 1938, adjudicated a bankrupt.
