THE EARL OF FEVERSHAM

The purpose of my next Amendment, to add to paragraph 1 the words "or who are exempted from registration under the scheme," is to bring the Schedule into line with the marketing scheme. It is possible that persons who have once been registered under a marketing scheme may subsequently be exempted from registration and in that case it is desirable that there should be provision for the removal of their names from the board's register equally with the names of those who have ceased to carry on the particular business concerned.
