My Lords, I beg to move the Motion which stands in my name.

Moved, That Standing Orders Nos. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being dispensed with for the purpose of giving precedence to the Conveyancing Amendment (Scotland) Bill [H.L.] and the Eire (Confirmation of Agreements) Bill over the other Notices and Orders of the Day and for the pur- pose of passing the Eire (Confirmation of Agreements) Bill through all its stages.—(Earl Stanhope.)
