§ Moved, That a Committee of six Lords he appointed to join with a Committee of the House of Commons to consider the 569 said Bill. That the Lords following be named of the Committee:
- M. Aberdeen and Temair,
- V. Chelmsford,
- L. Bishop of Peterborough,
- L. Stanmore,
- L. Marley,
- L. Rea.
§ That such Committee have power to agree with the Committee of the House of 570 Commons in the appointment of a Chairman.—(The Earl of Lucan.)

§ Ordered, that a Message be sent to the Commons to acquaint them therewith, and to request them to appoint six members to be joined with the said Committee.
