HL Deb 01 March 1938 vol 107 c948
THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF ONSLOW)

My Lords, I beg to move that Standing Order No. 105 be considered in order to its being dispensed with in respect of this Bill. The reason for this Motion is the usual one, that we have had to wait for the Attorney-General to report.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 105 be considered in order to its being dispensed with in respect of the said Bill, and that the Bill be now read 2a.—(The Earl of Onslow.)

On Question, Motion agreed to: Bill read 2a accordingly, and committed.
