§ Message from the Commons to acquaint the House that they have ordered, "That if in the next Session of Parliament, a Bill shall be presented, entitled 'A Bill to confirm a Provisional Order of the Minister of Health relating to the Mid-Staffordshire Joint Hospital District,' then, provided such Bill shall be the same in every respect as the Ministry of Health Provisional Order (Mid-Staffordshire Joint Hospital District) Bill as passed by this House during the present Session, such Bill shall be deemed to have been read the first and second time and to have been ordered to be read the third time, and shall be recorded in the Votes as having been read the first and second time and as having been ordered to be read the third time, and that no new fees shall be charged."
