Clause 11, page 9, line 29, leave out ("than") and insert ("from")

My Lords, I think I ought to express regret that my noble friend Viscount Bertie did not call attention to this matter, because the words in the clause were words which might well have claimed his attention in regard to the grammar. The words in the clause are "different than" instead of "different from." I beg to move.
