§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, this Amendment is to meet the point that a writ of certoriari may be issued by the House of Lords and it is not intended to interfere with the procedure of the House of Lords. It is in order to make that clear that this Amendment is inserted. I beg to move.
