§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, the object of this Amendment is to include in the Acts a measure which is at present before Parliament entitled the Middlesex County Council (General Powers) Bill, in which Section 90 of the Middlesex County Council Act, 1934, is being amended so as to enable Middlesex justices to appoint an Assistant Chairman. I beg to move.
