My Lords, I beg to move the Motion in my name as to the appointment of the Standing Orders Committee.

Moved, That a Standing Orders Committee be appointed, and that the Lords following, with the Lord Chancellor, the Lord President, the Lord Privy Seal and the Chairman of Committees, be named of the Committee:
