My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Templemore, I beg leave to present a Bill to amend Section 163 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894, as respects contributions out of wages to certain funds established for the provision of superannuation and other like benefits. I move that it be read a first time.
