§ Petition of Esmé Ivo, Earl of Darnley in the Peerage of Ireland, claiming a right to vote at the Elections of Representative Peers for Ireland: Read, and referred to the Lord Chancellor to consider arid report upon to the House.
§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:

§ And also the Certificate that no Standing Orders are applicable to the following Bill:
§ Ministry of Health Provisional Order (Earsdon Joint Hospital District).
§ The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
