45§ LORD STRATHCONA AND MOUNT ROYALMy Lords, this Amendment gives the Lord President the like power to determine whether a document is or is not a justice of the peace record, as he has to determine whether a document is or is not a Court of Session or Sheriff Court record. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
