THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF ONSLOW)

My Lords, I beg to move that Standing Order No. 105 be considered in order to it being dispensed with in respect of this Bill. It is the usual dispensation to which I have to ask your Lordships to agree. We had to wait for the Report of the Attorney-General.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 105 be considered in order to it being dispensed with in respect of the said Bill.—(The Earl of Onslow.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.

Bill read 2a, and committed.
